I had a small issue with my booking, so I emailed Drybar figuring it might take a while to hear back.

To my surprise, someone responded quickly and was really nice about the whole thing. They helped move my appointment without making it feel like a hassle, which is all you really want in that situation.
It was just simple, straightforward customer service that made sense. No drama, no back and forth, just helpful people fixing the issue. I’d definitely book with them again

My hair looked really good when I walked out, and I was feeling happy with it, even stopped for coffee on the way home because why not. But by the next morning it had already gone flat, which was disappointing. For what I paid, I expected the blowout to last longer than one night.

I had a really good visit. I booked online and they called me back pretty much right on time, I only waited maybe 5 minutes at most. That makes such a difference when I’m trying to fit an appointment in before other plans. The staff was really nice too and didn’t make anything feel rushed. Overall, super easy appointment :)

"Actually Clean, Which Shouldn’t Be Rare"
I went in for a blowout and was impressed with how clean the salon was. The chairs, stations, and even the bathroom looked like someone actually cares, which, sadly, isn’t always a given at salons. I felt comfortable the whole time and the place had a really put-together feel. I’d definitely go back.

I booked a blowout before dinner and didn’t expect it to last that long because my hair is thick and usually falls flat quickly. But it came out really nice and stayed bouncy the whole night, then still looked good the next morning. The stylist actually listened to what I wanted and didn’t pile on too much product, which I appreciated. I was expecting it to look decent for dinner, but it ended up looking smooth and polished way longer than I thought it would.

"Decent, but I’d think twice for the price"
I bought one of the drybar styling tools it works fine, but I wouldn’t say it blew me away. It does smooth my hair, but it takes longer than I expected, especially for something at this price point.

Just a heads up if you have thick hair like mine: the style didn’t really last all day, and the results felt average. It’s not terrible, but I’d warn others not to expect salon-level results unless your hair type works better with it
